Honey is running a 5K today. Yes, you read that correctly. He strictly followed the couch to 5K program. Oh wait, I should have said he literally followed the couch to 5K program as in he did nothing to prepare. I was going to go with the kids today to cheer him on but their runny noses, sore throats, and coughs told me to stay home. So we will wave our tissues and cheer on Honey from our couch today. GO HONEY!
