Unbelievable Lasagna

Are you ready for some unbelievable lasagna?  I used the word unbelievable because of how unbelievably easy it is to make, and how unbelievably yummy and delicious it is as well.   First, lets begin with the ingredients.

5 to 6 cups of spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef

To begin, cook the ground beef.

While that is cooking spread 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce in a 13x9 glass baking dish.

Layer half of the uncooked lasagna noodles.  I only used three noodles here but sometimes I try to fit in four noodles.

I think I was distracted by a little girl that spied some cheese.

Now that she is unbelievably happy we will continue.  Spread 2 cups of spaghetti sauce on top of the noodles.

Then spread the ricotta cheese.

When the beef is done cooking, layer it on top.

Now layer the cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese.  This dish is cheesy which may be why it is so unbelievable!  I do not want to know the amount of calories in this dish because I am sure that would be unbelievable as well.

Then layer some more uncooked lasagna noodles.

and then spread the rest of the spaghetti sauce on top making sure the noodles are generously covered.

Then cover the lasagna tightly with aluminum foil.  You want to make sure the noodles will become soft when you bake it.  Speaking of baking, bake the lasagna at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  This will be the longest 1 hour and 15 minutes of your life as you will be smelling it the entire time.  When you take it out of the oven let the lasagna sit for 15 minutes before you cut into it.  At last when your Honey walks though the door there will be an unbelievable meal waiting for him to consume.

He will think you slaved away for hours when all you did was layer ingredients in a dish and cook some ground beef.  You could tell him the truth but he would find it unbelievable anyway!
